Andrew Howard brings over 30 years of commercial and executive-level experience to his role as a business advisor at Prime Strategies. His career spans multiple sectors including distribution, B2B services, manufacturing, professional services, retail, FMCG, health and safety, and the not-for-profit sector — with leadership roles in both New Zealand and international markets.

Andrew has held CEO, GM, and Board-level positions, led national franchises, supported acquisitions and transitions, and built start-ups from scratch. He understands the challenges business owners face because he’s lived them — from negotiating with suppliers and hiring staff, to managing cashflow, scaling operations, and preparing a business for sale.

Known for his ability to bring clarity to complexity, Andrew works with owners who are often overwhelmed, underpaid, or unsure what to prioritise next. His approach is pragmatic, straight-talking, and action-focused — no fluff, no theory — just proven strategies that get results.
