Most of my work is with capable owners who are carrying too much in their heads. The numbers are fuzzy, the team needs answers, cashflow is twitchy, and growth feels a bit like punishment. 

I work across strategy, finance, operations, sales, leadership, and accountability. Plain English. No corporate fog machine. Just a clear look at what is happening, what is stuck, and what needs to change. 

I work mainly with owner-led Waikato businesses in manufacturing, trades, engineering, construction, civil, and services. The kind of businesses that make, fix, build, move, and solve real things. 

The goal is practical progress. Better margins. Cleaner reporting. Stronger teams. Less owner dependency. Fewer fires. More bankable businesses. 

I am not here to write a 90-page strategy document that dies in a drawer. I help owners make better calls, build better habits, and turn good intent into visible progress.
