Initially qualified as an engineer, he has led large automation, sorting and material handling projects in New Zealand and globally before moving into multisite operational roles. He has been the leader of several export orientated businesses creating clever and innovative products, services and IT solutions to market across the globe.
As a seasoned executive in the logistics, aviation and IT sectors, Bruce has held leadership positions in both large corporations and medium sized business. He has successfully managed large teams and projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a practical strategic mindset. With a strong background in technology and engineering, Bruce has driven innovation and has been involved in the development of cutting-edge products and solutions to create value for his organisations.
