I’ve spent 30 years building, running, and fixing businesses across IT, construction, franchising, and property. I built a company from 5 to 40 people. I also nearly lost everything when a franchise I owned went under. Those experiences taught me something no textbook can: how to walk into a business and see where the profit is hiding.

I don’t write reports and leave you to figure it out. I work inside your business, alongside you. We find the problems that are actually costing you money, fix them, and build the systems so they stay fixed.
