Leigh joined Prime Strategies following a career spanning 20+ years in senior management roles, including 10+ years of owning & managing SME Businesses. She brings a wealth of experience from multiple industries, spanning both large and small businesses across New Zealand, Australia & Fiji, including Tourism, Banking & Finance, Not For Profit, Viticulture, Retail & Natural Medicine. 

Leigh is tertiary qualified in Business Administration and key roles have included Business Consulting & Mentoring, General Management, Operations Management and Human Resources Management, along with 5 years as an independent Wellbeing Consultant. 

Her ‘superpower’ has been described as “achieving results in business though a blend of ‘Head and Heart’ strategy & leadership”. Leigh is passionate about people, culture, service delivery and employee wellbeing and she artfully combines these people passions with strategic thinking, sound business planning, excellent judgement and successful execution.
