Phil Lemon

Phil joined Prime Strategies after 31 years of successful corporate management experience at a senior level within a large New Zealand company.

Phil has significant experience within procurement, warehousing, distribution and transport.

Specialised skills include:

• Warehouse management
• Operational efficiency
• Inventory procurement and article master data management
• Business planning and strategy

Throughout Phil’s career, he has had significant experience developing small to medium industry manufacturers and suppliers to the fast-moving consumer goods Industry. He has assisted their development across all areas of their operations including product development, marketing and distribution. 

As a Prime Business Advisor, Phil provides excellent working knowledge and experience in leadership and management. He prides himself on being a person who provides sound expert advice and is capable of communicating effectively across all levels of an organisation.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys time with his family and spending time relaxing at their holiday home in Lake Tekapo. He’s a keen cyclist, hunter and a passionate Crusaders supporter.
