Raewyn has an extensive career spanning both corporate and SME environments, Raewyn chose to focus her expertise on Business Advisory Services, supporting organisations across the Waikato to grow, strengthen, and succeed. Her broad professional background enables her to offer practical insight and hands-on guidance across all aspects of business management.
Raewyn has held CEO and senior leadership roles across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, international trade, biotechnology, health, and service-based industries. She has worked with both large organisations and smaller enterprises, giving her a deep and practical understanding of how businesses operate at every stage of their lifecycle.
Her experience covers a wide range of business disciplines, including governance, financial and commercial management, human resources, sales and marketing, supply chain and logistics, productivity and performance improvement, and the design of effective systems and processes.
In addition to her executive experience, Raewyn has served on several boards as both chair and director. This combination of governance and operational leadership provides her with a well-rounded perspective, particularly suited to supporting SME owners and leadership teams.
