Sharon comes to Prime after spending the past 20 years leading and developing teams in commercial laboratory field in both an operational and management capacity.  

Sharon has a passion for helping people and finding the best solution for her clients.   She is looking forward to using her skills to work with local businesses to meet their goals.

Sharon has a diverse range of skills that will help SME businesses including using lean principles to improve workflows, H&S, HR, team building and recruitment, contingency planning, supplier and stock management and budget planning.  Coming from a highly regulated industry I have a good understanding of accreditation requirements in both quality and H&S.

Sharon lives in Lower Hutt with her husband TJ and two adult children.   She loves getting out walking around Wellington, is a keen skier and has recently started making her own gin.
