After 20+ years as a senior manager with a number of organisations, Simon made the decision to go into Business Consulting. He has worked in both the corporate world as well as the private sector and has a proven track record with established businesses as well as startups. He has a passion for building high performing teams within organisations in order to achieve extraordinary results.
Simon is a business consultant with extensive experience in managing large and small scale operations. He has worked in the Oil Industry, Logistics, Manufacturing, HR and IT where he has gained his experience in business management.

Based in the Manawatu, Simon is an Associate in the Prime Strategies Group and works alongside some of New Zealand’s most experienced business consultants.
Simon is the proud father of two teenage daughters, and lives on a small lifestyle block just outside of Palmerston North where he gets to enjoy the peaceful country life. Outside of Prime Strategies Group Simon enjoys long walks at the beach with the dogs, movies, coffee, and catching up with friends. Along with his daughters, he is also a volunteer for Bird Rescue, and spends many hours working with rare and endangered birds.
