Throughout her career, Elaine has led projects, developed and implemented strategic business plans, created reporting and monitoring frameworks, and supported strong governance practices. She’s worked closely with senior leaders, frontline teams, and business owners – earning a reputation for being insightful, collaborative, and outcome-driven.

What sets Elaine apart is her genuine connection to the small business community. Having grown up in an SME family, she understands the realities of running a business – the risks, the demands, and the relentless pace. This lived experience fuels her passion for helping SME owners unlock their full potential through clear strategy, focused planning, and practical support.
